While Gavin Newsom tried to convince us Democrat policies are not responsible for high gas prices, the facts say otherwise. Now, Newsom is trying yet again to jam through a new costly policy that will increase our gas prices. His plan mandates refiners to withhold some of their supply from the market and stockpile it in case they go down for maintenance. In other words, he wants to force our gasoline suppliers to not release all the product they have. Basic economics tells us that reduced supply
