Housing placements for new students who meet the priority deadline of May 1 will be posted to housing contracts by June 5. After June 5, Housing and Residence Life will post assignments for new students to their housing contracts prior to the start of their New Coug Orientation session.

Choose from among 9 university-owned apartment buildings with one-, two-, or three-bedroom apartments, as well as family or graduate student options. Identify which campus residence halls or apartments are the best fit for you. Search for available rentals online. Be sure to check out postings on sites like Craigslist, or Facebook Marketplace.

Many students choose to live in residence halls for their entire stay at WSU. WSU offers 18 dormitory-style residence halls, with a variety of room configurations and amenities. First-Year Focus programs are offered at 17 residence halls, which help you find friends and study partners —and get better grades, too.

There are 18 residence halls to choose from in Washington State University. -Oldest men's hall at WSU. This hall focuses on developing student leadership and service learning. -This hall is known for its traditionally strong student government.
