NVIDIA A16 is a PCI Express Gen4 graphics processing unit (GPU) card that is ideal for providing high-user density for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments. It is a full height, full length (FHFL) design with four GPUs on a single board. The A16 is a dual-slot card featuring 64 GB of GDDR6 memory and a 250 W maximum power limit.

The NVIDIA A16, built on the NVIDIA Ampere architecture, combines with NVIDIA virtual GPU (vGPU) software to raise the bar on user experience for graphics-rich virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).

A16 PCIe combines four graphics processors to increase performance. It features 1280 shading units, 40 texture mapping units, and 32 ROPs, per GPU. Also included are 40 tensor cores which help improve the speed of machine learning applications. The card also has 10 raytracing acceleration cores.
