Sep 23, 2018 · When I hovered over it, it showed 34% and not charging. When I clicked on it, it displayed a battery 1 and a battery 2. I had never seen this before; every time I has seen this display before, it had shown one battery only. The new display had battery 1 at 100% and battery 2 at 0% and stated "plugged in, not charging.

Nov 2, 2015 · After following one of the steps at the link above, my battery 1 and 2 are actually now opposite of MS documentation (Battery 1 tablet and 2 being keyboard). I know this has switched because I can detach the screen and it functions on battery. Regardless, it is obviously receiving power as the screen brightens as soon as it is connected.

Just as with OEM graphics drivers of other laptops the best source for drivers is from the OEM. Microsoft is the OEM so they would be the best source for both the Intel and Nvidia graphics drivers.
