Yes, if you walk from Llanfynydd. There are cattle and sheep. Please keep dogs firmly on leads, as we are in the middle of lambing. If you want to see and hear wildlife, walk quietly. It is surprising how many horse riders and walkers are so noisy!
It's not really steep enough to climb, although you can do some bouldering in the park at the top. There's various routes to the top that take around 1 hour.
